Senior experts, matched to the problem in days, not hired over months.
The situation
TerraCycle, a global recycling company headquartered in the US, was rebuilding the platform that runs its recycling programs. The deadline was fixed at three months, and hiring senior Ruby on Rails engineers the usual way would have used up most of that time before any code was written.

What changed
AiDOOS had a senior Rails team in place in under two weeks, working as part of TerraCycle's own IT team. The US business, the Hungary IT and back-office group, and AiDOOS engineers in India all worked on one delivery plan, so the platform kept moving around the clock.
Three time zones, one delivery plan, and a platform that kept moving around the clock.
The result
TerraCycle went live on its new platform on schedule, in 12 weeks.
EnercityA stalled energy platform, live in production in three weeks.
