Swift Shipping Process

Astral ensures a quick shipping process, with products typically shipped within 1-2 weeks of placing an order. Once the order is placed on the website, it takes about one business day to be dispatched. During busy seasons like holidays, slight delays may occur. Once the order leaves the warehouse, customers can expect to receive it within 3-10 business days, although delivery times may vary based on various factors.

Shipping Options

While Astral does not offer free ground shipping, customers have the option to choose priority shipping for expedited delivery. The fees for priority shipping will apply based on the chosen service level. Estimated delivery times to the customer's address are displayed during the checkout process. Orders are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Convenient Returns Process

For returns, customers can initiate the process by visiting the Returns page on the Astral website with their order number and relevant details. Returns are subject to a $10 shipping label fee, but exchanges incur no additional charges. Items can be returned within 45 days of purchase, provided they are in new condition. International returns are currently not supported.

Returns Processing Time and Refunds

Once a return reaches the Astral warehouse, it takes 3-5 business days to process the return, with possible delays during peak seasons. Refunds are issued promptly upon receiving the return, but it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account due to banking processes. Returns for Pro orders are considered final sale, with exchanges available for a fee.

Effortless Exchanges Policy

Astral's exchange process is hassle-free, allowing customers to exchange items within 45 days of purchase. Eligible reasons for exchange include different sizes or colors, replacement of damaged items, or receiving the wrong product. Exchanges incur no additional charges, making it convenient for customers to get the right product.
