Additional Terms and Conditions
When purchasing a software subscription, it is mandatory to also acquire a support package throughout the entire subscription period. Support packages are valid for a minimum of one year for all products used by the client and cannot be purchased for only a portion of Creatio products. Pricing excludes taxes and fees as required by law. Furthermore, requests to the tech support team can only be made by authorized contacts based on the customer agreement.
