Connection Steps

To integrate Jira Cloud with Enjo, follow these steps: Login to Enjo dashboard -> Go to Settings -> Apps -> +Connect Apps -> Choose Jira. Click on 'Add New' and select 'Jira cloud' from the dropdown. Enter your Jira URL and create a Jira App link. Complete the connection steps provided by Enjo to connect your Jira cloud account.

Settings

Under Dashboard->Settings->Apps, you can manage the Jira connection in Enjo. This section allows you to view and configure your connected workspace Jira account, including the option to delete the connection if needed.

User Mapping

Utilize the 'User Mapping' feature in Enjo to map Enjo users to Atlassian accounts. This mapping helps Enjo understand the relationship between Enjo users and their corresponding Atlassian email IDs. Go to Settings->Apps->Jira->Configure->User Mapping to create and update mappings for team members.

Automatic Mapping of Users

Upon connecting your workspace to Jira, Enjo will automatically attempt to map Jira accounts to Enjo accounts based on profile match confidence. This feature can map a significant percentage of accounts, making user management more streamlined. Mapped accounts will be displayed as unverified on the 'User Mapping' page in the Enjo web app.

Guest Facilitation

Enjo offers guest facilitation for unverified users to create and update Jira requests. Admins can authorize guest accounts for Jira activities, where comments made by guest users will be attributed to a facilitator's account. Verified users will continue to use their accounts for Jira operations, while guest facilitation is reserved for unverified users.

Setup

Admins can establish global guest facilitation by navigating to Settings->Apps->Jira->Configure->Guest Facilitation and clicking 'Authorize'. This feature enables the facilitation of unverified users' Jira activities.

Personal Settings

To verify your Jira account in personal settings, follow these steps: Go to Enjo dashboard -> Settings -> Apps -> Jira connection -> Configure -> Personal settings. Click the 'Login' button to complete the verification process and view your Jira account information in the 'My Account' section.
