Connection Steps

To integrate Jira Cloud with Enjo, follow these steps: Login to the Enjo dashboard, navigate to Settings, select Apps, click on +Connect Apps, choose Jira, add a new connection, select Jira Cloud, enter your Jira URL, create a Jira App link, review and confirm the link details, add Consumer key, Consumer name, and Public key, acknowledge completion, and connect.

After connecting Jira Cloud to Enjo, access the Jira connection under Dashboard->Settings->Apps. Here, you can manage and delete the connection as needed.

Facilitate user mapping between Enjo and Atlassian accounts by configuring user mappings in the Enjo web app. Match Enjo users with Atlassian users to enhance collaboration within the team.

Automatic Mapping of Users

Enjo automatically maps Jira accounts to Enjo accounts based on profile matching, aiding in streamlined user management. The system can map a significant percentage of accounts, simplifying user interactions.
