Our 'Buy with Assurance' Guarantee
We stand behind our promise of consistent quality and exceptional service with our 'Buy with Assurance' guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact our Customer Service Team within 15 days of delivery. We will either reprint the order to correct any errors or provide a refund, excluding processing costs, postage, and shipping.
Areas Beyond Our Control
While we strive for perfection, there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee. These include customer-made errors in spelling, punctuation, or design, low-quality images provided by the customer, and damage to materials post-delivery. Additionally, user-selected options such as product choice or order quantities are not covered. However, orders shipped via our account with UPS or Fedex are insured up to $100 for loss, theft, or damage.
Additional Insurance Options
For added peace of mind, customers have the option to select additional insurance at checkout to cover up to 100% of their product purchase in case of loss or damage during shipping. If a claim is needed, our team will initiate the process, and the investigation may take 7-10 days to complete. Greenerprinter will credit the customer's account within 15 business days of receiving the results.
