With MARVELSCAN, the inspection process can be taken directly to the measurement object, eliminating the need to bring the part to a quality room.
Multi-Mode Scanning
MARVELSCAN provides three easily selectable measurement modes to cater to various application types. The Standard mode utilizes 22 blue laser lines to cover large areas, while the Fine mode uses 5 parallel blue laser lines for high-resolution data of small features. Additionally, Line mode employs a single laser line for scanning in hard-to-reach areas, offering versatility and precision in scanning.
Dynamic Scanning and Target-Free Scanning
Dynamic scanning with MARVELSCAN allows for unstable measurement environments, overcoming extreme noise and vibration challenges to ensure accurate results. Moreover, the target-free scanning feature enables effortless scanning without the need for targets on the part, utilizing photogrammetry for referencing against a target backdrop.
