Qualifications and Growth Opportunities

To participate in the Early Career Program, candidates are required to have a technical degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace), Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field. Having an additional MBA is preferred for Sales & Marketing roles, and experience with composite materials is advantageous. The program is designed for recent graduates or post-graduates who are at the beginning of their careers, with relevant work experience being a plus.
