The unit is PTB certified and designed according to SEP in compliance with PED regulations. With a maximum admissible pressure of 200 bar and operating pressure up to 200 bar, the HON 900 Pilot Heater is a robust and reliable heating solution. Operating at 230 V/50 Hz with a power consumption of 150 W, it maintains a maximum aluminum block temperature of approximately 100°C at room temperature, ensuring safe and efficient heating performance. The pipe connections are designed according to DIN EN ISO 8434-1 (DIN 2353), PN 200, for a pipe diameter of 10 mm. Additionally, the unit is explosion-proof according to VDE 0171/5.78 EEx de IIC T3, ensuring safety in hazardous environments.
