Where Does Your Data Go Within Krisp?
Krisp emphasizes privacy and security by securely storing data on their servers. All data, including email addresses, call insights metadata, analytics data, transcripts, and meeting recordings, is encrypted and stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS). This data is accessed by authorized personnel within Krisp and is transmitted securely both at-rest and in-transit. The servers are located in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), enhancing security measures. Additionally, encrypted data is sent to a caching layer, also secured in a VPC, which is inaccessible between AWS data centers.
Who May We Share Your Data With?
Krisp maintains a strict policy of not selling personal information to third parties. However, they may share data with subprocessors who assist in service provision, ensuring the minimum necessary information is disclosed. Subprocessors are required to uphold the same level of security and privacy as Krisp, and may only access or process data under specific conditions outlined in written contracts. Krisp regularly reviews subprocessors to ensure compliance with Data Protection and Privacy regulations.
