Authorized Users refer to individuals who have access to Talkdesk Services within a Customer's organization. These can include employees and contractors. Communication Service encompasses services allowing communication transmission, such as calls, SMS, and more, as specified in the Order Form or invoice. Clarifying these roles and services ensures effective utilization.

Confidentiality and Customer Data Protection

Confidential Information includes data disclosed by either party that should be kept private. Customer Data comprises electronic information provided by the Customer or its Authorized Users, excluding Third-Party Content. Safeguarding this data is critical, as outlined in the Terms of Service to protect sensitive information and maintain privacy standards.

Professional Services and Service Fees

Professional Services are services specified in a Statement of Work (SOW) under the Agreement. Service Fees denote charges for Talkdesk's services like License Fees, Usage Fees, and Professional Services Fees. Understanding these fees and services helps Customers budget effectively and make informed decisions regarding service utilization.

Talkdesk Services and Service Term

Talkdesk Services encompass software and Communication Services provided by Talkdesk. The Service Term specifies the duration of service access, beginning on the Start Date and ending on the End Date. Clarity on these services and terms ensures seamless operation and alignment between Talkdesk and the Customer.
