The Effective Date of the Agreement marks the beginning of the customer's access to services, either through online registration or the first Order Form. It is essential to understand key definitions such as 'Agent', 'Affiliate', 'Beta Offerings', 'Customer Data', 'Dashboard', 'Documentation', 'Feedback', 'Intellectual Property Rights', 'Laws', 'Order Form', and 'People'. These definitions provide clarity on the terms used throughout the Agreement.

Modifications and Updates

Tiledesk reserves the right to modify the Agreement periodically. Customers will be notified of any changes, and their acceptance of the updated Agreement is required for continued use of the services. If a customer objects to specific changes, they can terminate their Subscription Term. However, termination may result in a refund at Tiledesk's discretion, emphasizing the importance of staying informed about Agreement updates.

Confidential Information and Rights

Understanding the Confidential Information shared between the Customer and Tiledesk is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the services.
