Introduction to Yuma AI Terms of Service

Yuma AI offers a range of services to enhance customer service through AI automation. By accessing the website or utilizing the services, users agree to the terms outlined in the Terms of Service.

Agreement Details

The agreement is established between Yuma AI Inc. and the individual or company utilizing the Product. It comprises the Order Form, Key Terms, and the Standard Terms, with modifications made in the Cover Page taking precedence. Capitalized terms are defined within these documents.

Representing a Company

If accessing the Product on behalf of a company, the individual must be authorized to accept the Agreement. By signing up or using the Product, the Customer indicates acceptance of the Agreement terms.

Cover Page Specifications

The Yuma AI tool is an AI SaaS solution connecting helpdesk software for AI utilization in customer service automation. The Subscription Period is set at 1 month, with a Notice Period of at least 30 days before the current period ends.

Payment and Fees

Customers are required to pay fees based on the Product tier and usage per Subscription Period. Provider can update pricing with a 30-day notice, effective from the next Subscription Period. The Payment Period spans 5 days from the end of the Subscription Period, with monthly invoicing.

Key Terminology

Key terms include Customer as the user, Provider as Yuma AI Inc., Effective Date as the initial acceptance date, General Cap Amount as the fees paid in the prior 12-month period, Governing Law as Delaware laws, Chosen Courts as Delaware courts, and Notice Addresses for Provider and Customer.

Modifications and Publicity Rights

Changes to the Standard Terms include the ability to cite Customer as a user in non-public contexts. Provider reserves the right to showcase Customer as a Cloud Service user in various settings.
