This role takes leadership responsibilities in partnering with key vendor partners across our data center host, cyber operations partner and core infrastructure operations partner. The team includes infrastructure and security engineers as well as system administrators in addition to partner resources.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee delivery of projects associated with modernizing our technology and improving the scale of our systems, in partnership with our software product teams and their associated goals.\nOversee all infrastructure and information security processes, controls, performance metrics, and associated continuous improvement initiatives.\nSelect enabling technology for infrastructure and information security needs.\nPartner with the Enterprise Architecture team to establish/maintain all architectural aspects of the company\xe2\x80\x99s infrastructure and cyber maturity.\nDefine/grow cyber maturity program inclusive of assessments, frameworks and prioritized improvements\nEstablish/maintain strategic vendor relationships integral to the team\xe2\x80\x99s success in meeting/exceeding company expectations.\nHold managed service provider accountable for achieving SLAs aligned to enterprise information delivery.\nOwn cybersecurity incident response plan.\nPropose staffing structures with a focus on optimizing scale, cost, quality and speed.\nEnsure uptime of critical systems using proper redundancy, monitoring, and proactive problem management/maintenance.\nSet team goals aligned with company objectives.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and attainment oversight for enterprise information management cost centers.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field is required.\n12+ years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience in enterprise information engineering leadership roles.\nProven track record of successful delivery of global corporate programs (cloud migrations, technology stack upgrades, cyber programs, etc).\nExperience designing solutions in accordance with tiering model for cost and performance considerations.\nExperience with enterprise cybersecurity responsibilities.\nExperience working with large cloud providers and managed service providers.\nManagement experience within an equivalent-sized organization.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\n\nAbility to attract talent, encourage the organization, and develop the next generation of leaders.\nAbility to build trusting, significant relationships with peers and partners, both internal and external.\nExcellent track record in collaboration.\nSkilled in cloud iAAS and pAAS design principles with a focus on scale, reliability, performance, and maintainability.\nAbility to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones serving country-level unique business needs.\nSkilled in CICD technologies and concepts.\nSkilled in vulnerability and threat management assessments.\nAbility to develop an infrastructure technology roadmap.\nBe open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvement.\nInitiate and participate in interpersonal efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effectiveness. Contribute to overall test strategies.\n\nBusiness Travel\n\nThis position requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nSedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.\nPay and Benefits\nFor Washington State or jurisdictions that require the publication of salary ranges, the full base salary range for this position is $156,135 \xe2\x80\x93 $260,225. For this position, new hires generally start between $156,135 \xe2\x80\x93 $200,000. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allow us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
