They manage and provide leadership and structure to the administrative portion of the IT Identity and Access Management team.\nWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing\n\nMonitors the performance of the IT Security Administration team, which includes ensuring assigned work is completed, providing feedback and identifying training needs\nMaintains service level objectives for operational delivery requirements within their assigned areas of Security Administration.\nEstablishes and implements individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibility for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.\nManages and evaluates individual/team performance and takes appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards for assigned area(s) of responsibility\nServes as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.\nEnsures IT Security Administration resources maintain compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards.\nManages and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.\nProvides training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and gives honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.\nIdentifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.\nEnsures that top talent is hired and retained for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.\nMaintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for Privileged Management, Identity Management and operational provisioning.\n\nWhat we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for\n\n4 Year/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experince\n3 \xe2\x80\x93 5+ Years experience in IT security administration that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this role, including 2+ years of supervisory, managerial, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)\nStrong leadership skills with proven experience driving successful teams\nTechnical background preferred, but not required\nDemonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.\nFinds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nStrong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.\nAgile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies (Preferred)\nStrong working knowledge in various technologies including but not limited to: Active Directory, Azure, Windows, Linux/Unix, Mainframe, Privileged Access Management Tools.\n\nWhat\xe2\x80\x99s it like to work here?\nAt Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln\xe2\x80\x99s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
