Join our team and be at the forefront of innovation and creativity.\nThe Senior Data Analyst will partner with stakeholders within the Analytics team, Sales Operations and Strategy teams, as well as with other teams around the business. This role will analyze sales data to discover meaningful business insights. Responsibilities will range across a variety of strategic initiatives including analyzing sales team productivity, measuring effectiveness of new sales roles, and optimizing territory management. The role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.\nThis role can be based remotely in the North America region.\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as analytical and technical thought-partner to Sales stakeholder teams, helping to develop actionable insights out of a wide expanse of customer and product data\nDefine KPIs that allow the business to better understand trends and opportunities\nDesign and build automated dashboards to empower stakeholders to self-serve their data and analytical needs\nWrite and maintain complex queries to conduct deep-dive analyses aimed at improving operational performance\nLeverage understanding of statistics to conduct analyses that help partner teams make quicker, more informed decisions\nMake the team more efficient: Research and implement new tooling/processes; seek out and automate existing costly manual processes\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\n\n3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, ideally at a software company\nBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with a quantitative focus (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc.)\nAdvanced SQL skills and proficiency with either Python or R\nAbility to query, transform and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations\nExperience creating automated dashboards designed for user self-service, ideally in Tableau\nExperience with Salesforce a plus\nKnowledge of applied statistics and experience with regression analysis\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and set priorities with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nHighly organized with a strong attention to detail\nEffective at communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nComfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner\nCommitted to contributing to a collaborative, enjoyable, and psychologically safe work environment\n\nTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we\xe2\x80\x99re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
