b'\n\t\t\tSolution Architect \xe2\x80\x93 Billing solutions (Remote)\nlocations\nRemote \xe2\x80\x93 Other\ntime type\nFull time\njob requisition id\nR011658\nResponsible for providing expert solution knowledge, recommended implementation and maintenance best practices, and process design representing their domain of expertise\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits.\nResponsible for guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.\nAct as a primary consultant for the client\xe2\x80\x99s solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer\nCultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.\nSeek to resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise during installation, operation, maintenance or testing.\nManage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets goals of engagement.\nCoach, mentor and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n\nAt least 5 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience\nAt least 1 year of project management experience\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams\nAbility to document and present architecture concepts, often narrowing complex ideas to a single overview\nAbility to build strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions\nAbility to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems\n\nPreferred\n\nAt least 2 years experience with Netsmart Avatar solution\nExperience with Healthcare Billing configuration\n\nExpectations\n\nTravel expected up to 20% of the time as needed\nPosition may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel\n\n#LI-remote\nNetsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
